get the app

Recordica isn’t available in the stores, you can however download it directly from our website as a PWA. Don’t know, what it is?

A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a type of web application that feels and works like a regular app you would download from an app store, but takes up minimal space. PWAs can be accessed through your browser, but they can also be installed on your device. They are fast, reliable, and can send you notifications, much like traditional apps. In short, a PWA combines the best features of websites and apps to give you a better user experience.

For metrics we use a simple 5-point scale (low to high) for each category, but don't worry — average is based on your personal norm. This is all about tracking your own experience, so just think of it in terms of what's typical for you. It's not about comparing yourself to the rest of the population.

How did you sleep last night? Was it a night of deep, peaceful sleep, or were you tossing and turning, feeling groggy when you woke up?
Food and diet quality
How healthy were your meals today? Did you eat a balanced and nutritious food, or was it more like snacks and takeaways?

Addictive substances consumption
